All organizations wishing to apply for a permit to use an E.L. Haynes facility must complete the E.L. Haynes Facility Access and Usage Application. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis by a committee of E.L. Haynes staff including the Director of Operations, campus operations managers, Director of Athletics, Health & Fitness, and other relevant staff as needed. Permits will be granted on a limited basis during the available days and times, with an emphasis on keeping the outdoor space available to the community at large.
