Founded in 2004, E.L. Haynes Public Charter School is named for Dr. Euphemia Lofton Haynes, the first Black woman to receive a doctorate in mathematics and a DCPS teacher for nearly 50 years. Join our team and help continue her legacy by preparing every student to be a leader—in the classroom and in their communities. Join a Haynes Hour Session
Join the E.L. Haynes leadership team for a virtual Haynes Hour session to learn more about instructional opportunities available for the upcoming school year. Candidates will gain valuable information from our school principals and other academic leaders about the programs and structures that will be in place for SY22-23.
