Lenora Robinson Mills

Lenora Robinson Mills leads strategy, operations and community impact work for IMB Partners, a Maryland based middle market private equity investment firm. Prior to joining IMB Partners in 2022, Lenora was the Chief Operating Officer at the DC Public Charter School Board for seven years. There, she managed DC PCSB’s internal operations, talent, organizational development and culture, data/IT systems, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining DC PCSB, Mrs. Mills was the Chief Operating Officer at Harlem Village Academies, a network of five public charter schools in New York City, where she led all school operations, including data and technology, facilities, budgeting, HR, compliance, and legal issues, student discipline, strategic planning, and organizational culture. Mrs. Mills began her career in investment banking and private equity in New York. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business/Finance from Howard University and her MBA and Master of Education from Stanford University. She is a proud E. L. Haynes parent to two elementary school students.
